That is, I moved from Search Operations to Search Development. I suspect that being a developer at Microsoft will end up a bit like suddenly not being the minority in a room. That is, I think developers are treated better here than non-developers. :)<br /><br />I've been painting my condo. I will post some before/after pics at some point in the nearish future.
